After my little run in with the law last weekend I was prompted to venture court-wards today for a sort of hearing I suppose. After a short blather from the magistrate I have been released punishment free. It was in his opinion and the words of the officers involved, that “tait is a harmless young man with quite the sense of humour”. According to one officer’s statement, “he attempted to sell us his shoes for a ridiculous price, then continued to justify how his shoes were worn by jesus”.
After leaving the court with a rather large grin on my face I managed to run into Fireman Patrick. Who immediately questioned myself on the length of my imprisonment. 3 months I replied. Anybody gullible enough to believe such a thing deserves to be lied to.
